Q. What do I need to rent a vehicle?
A. To successfully rent a vehicle, you must present a current driver's license from the USA or Canada, as well as current vehicle insurance in the renter's name. Additionally, a credit or bank debit card linked to a checking account is required, and the cardholder MUST be present. Please note that we do NOT accept prepaid cards.
B. We HIGHLY recommend confirming with your insurance carrier about your policy coverage, as some insurance companies do not extend coverage to a rental vehicle. We reserve the right to require verification of coverage directly from your carrier.
Q. Can I take my pet?
A. No, we do not allow any pets, smoking, or alcohol in our vehicles.
Q. Do you have any one way rentals?
A. No, all vehicles must be returned to the location where they were picked up.
Q. Is there an additional charge for more than one driver?
A. No, there is no additional charge; however, we do require a copy of the driver's license and insurance from each driver.
Q. What is the minimum age to rent or drive?
A. The minimum age to rent or drive is 21.
Q. How far can I travel?
A. You can take our vehicles anywhere in the USA or Canada.
Q. Do we need an EZ-Pass?
A. We prefer that you carry your transponder with you in the rental vehicle. Any violations we receive will be billed to your form of payment plus an additional fee per ticket.
